Leadership at Rob Ferreira High School
Leadership at Rob Ferreira High School is about more than holding a title — it is about serving with integrity, setting a positive example, and helping to shape the spirit and direction of the school. Our learner leaders play an important role in building a school environment where responsibility, respect, teamwork, and pride are valued every day.
Through leadership opportunities, learners are encouraged to grow in confidence, develop strong character, and make meaningful contributions to school life. Whether they are representing their peers, helping to organise events, or supporting school initiatives, Rob Ferreira’s leaders help create a culture of excellence and unity.
Robbies RCL
The Representative Council of Learners (RCL) serves as an important link between learners and the school. This group gives learners a voice and allows them to participate in matters that affect school life in a responsible and constructive way.
RCL members are expected to lead with maturity, represent the interests of their fellow learners, and uphold the values of the school. They contribute by promoting communication, encouraging participation, and helping to create a positive and respectful environment where every learner feels heard and valued.
Being part of the RCL is an opportunity for learners to develop leadership skills, responsibility, and a deeper understanding of service and representation within the school community.
Student Council
The Student Council is made up of learners who take on visible leadership roles within the daily life of the school. These learners help set the tone for school culture by leading through example, encouraging school spirit, and supporting a wide range of activities and events throughout the year.
